HIGH FIVE!! *poke*

So far in my circle of friends, I only know of Emmanuel who uses the same stock blog skin as me, but now Yvonne has joined the club. For now. Nah, she'll change it soon. Maro and I are both oo lazy to bother, or write posts, for the matter.

Gonna change my blog music soon. Expect eveyone's sick of Foo Fighters. Will do that when I feel like it, but definitely before I go in.

Well, it's the 1st of March already. That leaves me exactly a fortnight of freedom. Hmmmm...

Saturday caused a bit of confusion for some people, cuz we were saying we wanted to have a welcome party for the new youth ministry members, and then it turned out to be a regular meeting. Mel walked in and sat down, and after a few minutes asked me "Isn't this supposed to be a party?" Lol

Fr. Bosco managed to secure the youth room for us instead of us having to share the already small room with the seminarian... seminariat... the other guy. Dunno how he managed it; always thought Fr. Johnson was going to give us a hard time with this.

I think Cheryl has it out for me. She disagreed when I said orange on black was a good colour scheme for the new ministry T Shirt, and she disagreed with me when I said a particular badge design was nice. Then later when Gloria and Bernie said it was nice, she agreed, an in the end it became the final design. Rrrgh... I think she's doing this to annoy me because of how I called her a Ghost Rider (when she opens her eyes really big, it's kind of intimidating to look into them). Lol I'm only kidding.

We got sick of the whole Pastamaia-Long John's-Burger King routine for lunch after mass, so this time, we went to Pizza Hut. SEE WHAT YOU MISS OUT ON WHEN YOU DON'T GO TO CHURCH?! Victor had his camera with him, and he's had it for a few months now, but his trigger happiness was as though he had just gotten it. He was taking pictures of everything and everyone, even the menu. We're all still waiting for him to post them online.

After that, went with Jul to Vivo to see Just Follow Law, because she had some discount thing. I was never going to watch it, cuz it didn't seem very appealing to me. But I thought, since it was $7, I guess I wouldn't feel so cheated if it tuned out to be a crap movie. I was wrong. I still felt cheated. I left feeling like the movie owed me money. The plot felt like it was recycled from somewhere *ahemhotchickahem*, Fann Wong looked like she was forcing herself to overact at some bits to come of as having an Ah Bengish demeanour, the visual effects looked like they were made using Flash 1.0, and the movie looked and felt like it was trying too hard to make a good point, and in the end it only made a meagre one. Whatever happened to the magic essence in movies like Money No Enough? Jack Neo looks like he's losing his touch, and I'd wish he'd stop making movies that poke fun at the government. We all know that the government and the system is rather *insert expletive here* up, but these movies are becoming more and more preachy and cheesy. And the graphics... there are TV serials that have better graphics. These movies are starting to feel like the serials on Channel 8; cliche, reused, preachy, stiff acting, crap script... why don't you put Edmund Chen in the next movie and kill his character off? Then it will REALLY look like a Channel 8 serial. If it weren't for our limited talent pool, everyone's career would've been killed by this movie like what DOA did to Devon Aoki, with the exeption of the Indian guy, the carpark attendant. That guy's funny. He's the movie's only redeeming factor. He had better be in the next *insert expletive here* local movie.

Went with Cheryl on Monday to check out the shop where we're going to get the ministry shirts. I asked her do most of the talking, since her Chinese is better. After that, we were bored shitless. Wanted to go to Pet Safari, because we were that bored, but Fonz was saying something like the priests needed help at church whn we got off at Simei, and then saying it was nothing when we got to Tampines. Rrrgh... Didn't wanna go back to Simei, so we went to watch Protege. I had been aching to see it ever since I saw the trailer, and I finally did, and it was worth it. Really worth it. Very compelling, very gut wrenching, very three dimensional charcters, sometimes four, great story, a lot of keep you on tenterhooks kind of action, and still manages to have a few comical points. For me, one of the signs of success for a movie is when the audience is thinking, feeling and reacting the same way, like that last bit, everyone gasped and cringed and someone at the back was saying "No please don't do it." I don't care if it's in Chinese. At least it's ALL in Chinese. I'd pay $9 to go see it again. That's how much I like it.

After that, went with Jul to Sim Lim, cuz I needed a new RAM chip, and she needed new blank CDs. Dunno why she couldn't walk from her house to Challenger at Pasir Ris. I had to choose to go only when most of the shops were closed, so yeah we didn't hang around long.

I can't get the impending results out of my head. I'm starting to lose sleep over it, and over someone else., shan't say who. I know who I'm talking about, so that's good enough. Up to this point, I don't know what to expect at all, and I'm not sure what to do.

I feel like the world is ending. The days are getting dreary, the tension is rising, I'm more unfocused, I actually left the bag of sample shirts in the cinema, and I was damn gabra when I found out (ask Cheryl about the look on my face). Lucky for me someone trned them in to the lost and found. What's more is that my prospects in everything seem to be getting worse. When I was buying Toto, in my effort to get numbers which meant something to me, I ended up making statisctically bad combinations. What a waste of $2.

Wherever my life is going, I guess it's all up to Friday.
